Deshpee, as a legal entity, was created by Shri. Shriram Deshpande, Vedarth’s father, as a gift to Vedarth for his 20th birthday. It was Shri. Shriram Deshpande who provided Vedarth the necessary guidance about running a business. And most importantly, it was Vedarth’s family who supported him in dropping out of formal education and chase his passion.
As Vedarth’s father and grandfather were Chartered Accountants, Vedarth had a natural passion for finance. Through that passion came the idea of starting a business.
Vedarth started working on building customized wall-clocks in June 2013 when he was 18, and that’s how it all started. For almost 1.5 years, he isolated himself from the world, working alone at home, only to figure out what business to do. He found an opportunity in digital marketing, which was the formal start of Deshpee, in December of 2014.
Though making a profit is an important aspect of doing business, at Deshpee, we don’t just make money. We strive to make the lives of people better via technology. And our this mission reflects in all our group companies. May it be Socinova and Trigacy, which are providing affordable marketing solutions to clients worldwide, Floma, which is making interior design easier with technology, or Nelda Foundation, which is using technology to plant trees and spread social awareness about the environment.
It’s no doubt that the future of India & the world is digital. If we don’t go digital, we’ll stay behind. Empowered by affordable internet access, the people of India are getting online at a faster pace than ever before. We see this as an immense opportunity. With our varied set of services and many more that we will launch in the future, we aim to make the lives of people better with technology.

Our Mission & Vision
Deshpee is led by Vedarth, and naturally, his mission and vision have become the company’s mission and vision. We believe that technology is that final frontier that can have endless advancement. Most things in physics have been explored. But technology continues to amaze us every single day. We want to use technology to make lives better.
Though very ambitious, Vedarth firmly believes that Deshpee can, one day, achieve its vision of having a group company in every major industry with a significant contribution to India’s GDP. Aiming low is not in our DNA.
